Home Made Pizza - like mamma used to mayyykkkkee

I made the loveliest home made pizza today for me and my brother.
It came from an old family recipe that a lovely italian / ukrainian lady called Mrs Cylianic gave us a couple of weeks ago. Its the recipe for the pizza that her and the girls (well ladies) used to make all the time at the old Ukrainian club. The recipe is dead simple, and not really measured out. its a case of add something, mix it, see how it feels and then maybe add a little more. Heres the recipe for:

Pitttzza lykaaaaaa mamaaa yusseddd to maykeee eeeeitttt (you have to imagine an italian lady saying it).

To make approx 3 large pizzas (approx 15 inch) you will need:
Upto 2 pints (1 jug) of warm, not boiling water) add slowly in parts as needed.
1 packet yeast - makes dough fluffy (dried or chilled block - morrisons is best for all ingredients).
1.5lb bag of strong white flour - add slowly to feel.
3 glugs of oil (i told you they werent Ainsley Harriet measurements).
palm of salt

For the sauce youll need:
3 tins morrisons chopped tomatoes - can have in sauce, origano, garlic, your choice.
3 glugs oil.
fist of salt.
3 chopped / grated cloves of garlic.
Any other topping you like.

The recipe will follow soon. Whole thing with ingredients comes to less than £5 and takes less than 2 hours from start to finish. Also to make more just increase your ingredients. The lady that showed me the recipe regularly makes 3 or 4 times this much in one go and then freezes it once its made so it just has to be put into the oven when she wants.
